We needed to buy a lot of stationery for the child's school, my wife and I came with a list, asked to help us find everything we needed, the dear guy, unfortunately, did not remember his name, helped us find everything. A good range of office stationery, polite and helpful staff. Thanks.

I have experienced very unfortunate situation today. I thought I should share it with you. I went to Staples at 655 University Ave with my friend today because he needed to get his picture clicked for IRCC(Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada). It is required by IRCC that photo should be stamped by the person who click it at the backside as a proof. But they gave us very unprofessional customer service when they told us that they can't sign it. The agent put a stamp at the back of the photo but refused to signature. We told her that if she couldn't do it then she can ask her Manager. Manager was very rude and refused to sign it, and walked away. Below is the picture with stamp. You can clearly see the column for sign which they refused to fill. Very Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

need a new office chair for home use .. they must have revamped this part of the store. way better display of chairs. lots on sale. i did however have a question but that area of the store is often without staff (computer section usually has two people). someone finally did come along and answered my question! chair was on sale (just under 150 before tax). easy to assemble. lots of adjustments. rolls really smooth.
I went in to purchase a particular item. I asked where to find it and was told politely where to find it and I was in and very quickly just what I was looking for.
I always receive excellent customer service at Staples in Charlottetown, PE. They have a fantastic group of staff and the store is lucky to have them. When I need to buy something, I always check to see if staples has it before going elsewhere as I am always treated so well at this store.
The staffs are very great and helpful though the prices of most items are quite high..
