I went to the bus stop (I was about five minutes early) and there were four of us waiting for the #2 and the bus driver didn’t stop at the stop sign, look to see if anyone was standing at the stop and he definitely didn’t stop for us. A guy at the stop called T3 and was told that the driver claimed no one was at the stop, and that there was NOTHING T3 could do to rectify the situation. Let me tell you, PEOPLE ON THE BUS WITNESSED IT! Please! IF WERE ON THE #2 AND YOU SAW THIS HAPPEN AT AT WESTRIDGE AND WESTCOMB AT 9:30AM ON WEDNESDAY JANUARY 22, PLEASE CALL T3 AND TELL THEM! T3 believes their driver and not 4 people waiting for the bus in the cold. Also... terrible phone service. I called after the other guy to back up his claims, and the guy said, “yeah I heard.” Train your bus drivers to stop and your office workers to be polite, T3 So I am now back at home, missing a VERY IMPORTANT CLASS at school, and praying that the bus driver doesn’t do the same thing at 10:30... When I buy a bus pass, I don’t pay for the bus to pass.
Was told couldn't use the transfer ticket on University Ave and had to use it when I first got off the Stratford bus. Why the hell do you care about where I use it? I should be able to get on the bus at any stop and use the transfer ticket. Can I not go do some buissness of my own, go grab a lunch or something, and get on at a stop that is not the one at the Confederation Center?
Needs to improve frequency
Absolutely awful. You never know if the drivers are going to be 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late, forcing you either wait forever or miss the bus. Sometimes it doesn't even matter if you're at the stop though, if you don't make direct eye contact and flag the driver down, they don't stop. Check your phone? Too bad. The very least that could be done to improve the service would be to share the bus GPS info with Google maps so that your route can be planned accordingly (because the readypass app is complete garbage: it's basically just a PDF of the bus schedule with unreliable moving dots).

Very kind, communacative, funny drivers. They always make me feel welcome. I've yet to have a bad experience when on the bus. Because of them.
