I wish they have more options for the dining. (Of course understandable with pandemic that stocks might be limited) The designs I like seems to be not so stable and the ones i dont like so much looks stable. Quality vs physical look, tough choice. Price seems fair But still looking around. (Will update this review once we decided)

Overall, bad experience. Seemed like it was going great when we were looking at purchasing a couch. Salesman told us about a great deal that was coming up and how we could come in at any point during the sale to get a price drop on our item (650 after tax in savings), which convinced us to order it right away. We were told "just come in during the sale, tell the customer service you want a price drop, and they'll refund it on your account". I went in the first day of the sale, was told I needed to come back with my "Brick Visa Card" that I hadn't received in the mail yet. Came back in the second time, was told that the sale would only drop the price of our couch by about 150 before tax, and that it would be refunded as store credit. Explained that wasn't what we were told when we first purchased it, and the customer service employee took my info and told me a manager would contact me after reviewing it. I received a call the next day, not from a manager, informing me I was right and that I could return anytime after 5pm to receive the price drop. Went in for the third time, and after waiting for 40 minutes while they tried to navigate their systems, I was told that I would have to return the next morning when a manager was working to approve the price drop. Came in a fourth time, waited for a customer service agent to help me, and finally they entered the price drop in to the system. I still haven't seen the refund on my visa, although I do understand that can take up to 5 business days so no one is at fault there. Again, overall, bad experience. The customer service employees were very kind and apologetic, but that only goes so far when the systems they have in place create this kind of chaos after being told by a salesman "Just come in during the sale, tell the customer service you want a price drop, and they'll refund it on your account" Would not recommend shopping at this location.

I was quite impressed with this store. Other Brick locations felt like "scratch and dent" outlets. This store is clean, bright and has plenty of good looking products. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Our recent experience doing business with Emily at the Brick couldn’t have been more pleasant, she was knowledgeable and so friendly, we had multiple transactions with her as we were furnishing a new house and everything always went smoothly. We will definitely be back and looking forward to dealing with her again.

Had a great experience when Clarice contacted me via a post I made about kitchen appliances. I was upset that a package I wanted somewhere else would not be available until late January when Clarice contacted me and helped me find a different package that was available much sooner. She was so helpful and I am very thankful that she got me such a great deal! And INCREDIBLY thankful that I no longer have to wait so long. Thank you so much Clarice! You’re awesome!!

Recently found myself fortunate enough to be buying a new house and needing appliances. I went to a competitor where the sales person basically non committally said they couldn't get all of the items in within 4 weeks and they didn't offer any bundling. Then I went to the Brick, spoke with Adam, and not only was he incredibly knowledgable about every product we looked at, but he put together a great 7 piece package right in my price range, with exactly the features we were looking for, and was able to assure us delivery on schedule for all of the major items. Every company has ups and downs but with employees like Adam, the Charlottetown Brick should be recognized for amazing customer service!
