My wife and I purchased an adult toy from here on November 10th. First off I understand that these types of toys cannot be returned however, it caused my wife physical pain. Not uncomfortable, not weird, not to big, just pain. We researched the item for months and even decided to spend more to show local. Wild Impulse didn't care as they're not a "satisfaction guaranteed" company, and really only care about your money as was proven when they literally told me to come in and spend more money despite the fact they wouldn't help my wife or I in anyway. Nothing was offered to me in anyway to try and help out. I will not be shopping here again and I'll make sure everyone knows about my horrible and uncaring experience. "Shop local they said" nope never again EDIT: You offered 40% off after both my wife and I complained more. You did nothing in the beginning and were quite fine with just having us come in and spend more money like nothing was wrong. Also I don't believe I've seen a price match guarantee anywhere in the store. Which means your willing to lose money to match a competitor but not to help out customers when they have an issue they can't control thus willing to lose money in comparison

First off, these five stars are for the unmatched customer service we have received from Chloe at the Cavendish location. Secondly, the shop itself also receives a generous five star review for the selection of items and general experience. Lastly, a review on our personal experience. Given my unreasonable expectations concerning the perfect bong, I had to filter out almost every available one. Chloe was kind enough to take the time to help me find the perfect one and leave the store extremely happy.

It maybe troubling times but you are charging to much for products as it is so I suggest you close the doors completely. It will be reported to BBB and to news media shortly that you are gouging people that come in to buy cigarettes and have to buy your product to. Shame on you people
Great store, very clean with a wide variety of products. Staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Price range varies but they have plenty of specials.
Terrible customer service. I just went to purchase some screens and was told they "recommend ” a 30 minimum. I said I do not have that on me and am only spending what I need to spend. Sales persons response was to go home and eTransfer. LMAO. There was another hopeful client in the parking lot with cash I n hand and he too was refused service because Debit, C/c or eTransfer only. I said you just lost two customers today and all future sales. Imagine instituting a 30 minimum when people have been out of work for 7 weeks. Avoid this place like the plague.
