The whole experience with helgerson was great ! The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was wonderful. She went over all the pricing and explained everything in detail . This was my first time getting the septic pumped since buying my dads house . The driver was here early and so nice. He was very personable and even noted that we had marine corps decor which was from mylate father.
With these days of rushing and corner cutting I found Jeff D. Helgerson Excavation professionalism most refreshing, I lost the Title V paperwork that I needed A.S.A.P. per my Selling Agent, I asked for and recieved a new signed Title V A.S.A.P. I am spoiled though! as a loyal customer 20 years.
