Couldn’t be more pleased with the care my mother receives in the memory care program. She’s cognitively better than she was at home with me. Staff are kind, caring and medically on top of health care issues. Activity staff keep her engaged and go beyond in keeping family involved. Executive director sets the professional and compassionate tone and safest Covid practices possible. I’ve been a geriatric social worker for 30 years and can highly recommend Charter Poplar Creek

I did not end up touring this facility only as it was so far from me in Chicago. However, I just wanted to make note that the Sales Person who worked with me, Sue, really went out of her way to listen to the specific needs of my mother and our whole family and was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about the community
