I have been a resident at Chartre Oaks for about 6 months now and I am very pleased to have made the decision to stay here. The welcoming staff makes calling or visiting the office a pleasurable experience. They truly care about resident morale, and they go above and beyond to show this through holiday's by delivering our packages to make sure we get them before the holiday when they are going to be closed. During finals they made sure we had snacks and other types of events to stay stress free. Any maintenance request that I had was promptly corrected, and I am grateful for their attentive service. I love it here and very grateful to have found Chartre Oaks.

During my 4 years in college, Chartre Oaks was by far my favorite stay. It was a great place to stay during my last two years at FSU (being on the FSU bus route was definitely a plus). Not only is the price great, it's a very quiet neighborhood and I've never had problems with parking or any of my neighbors. Management was also always nice and willing to work with you. Along with, maintenance request were always fulfilled fairly quickly. They even hosted events and activities throughout the year for the residents, which I found to be pretty cool.

Honestly the best management I have seen in Tallahassee. For the amazing price, I can't believe I got such a nice community to live in and such quiet neighbors. 6/5 stars, and I have moved to 6 different student housing developments in Tallahassee. I wish I found Chartre Oaks sooner since I needed a one bedroom from the start and this was so affordable. I highly recommend this place.

I just moved in August and it has been a really great experience all around. The office staff is very helpful and polite and the apartment complex is quite. I work morning's and they try to have some activities in the evening's so people who work morning can participate too, I love that they do thing like that. I’m excited about my year here!

Chartre Oaks is a fantastic community! The staff is amazing and friendly. The manager Adreina is very kind and willing to assist with any questions or issues you may have, the entire staff is amazing. As a first time renter, they made the process smooth and easy. From day one they assured me that they had my best interest at heart, and they haven't let me down. Glad to be a tenant here!!
