I would not recommend at all. I went in for an IUD for medical reasons and because I don't want children; never have and never will. I'm an adult and when discussing why I wanted an IUD I was told I can easily remove it if I decided to have kids. I told the Dr. That's not what I want. In the past I've asked for a tubal and they did not feel I should proceed with it, so hence the IUD. I was also pushed against getting it because I could want children someday if I met the right man. No! That was so angering to hear that coming from doctor (Freitas) repeated more than once. It's my body andy own choice so stop trying to deter women from making choices. I am now going to a different OBGYN because of this reason. Clearly doesn't respect me or my choice with my body.

Dr. Freitas listens and cares in such a gentle and genuine way. She takes time. Steph, the nurse, is also a pretty amazing human being herself. I have had abuse in my past, and they are sensitive to that. It means everything to be able to trust like that. Highly recommend.

Have had multiple interactions with this clinic in the past couple of days that have been extremely disappointing. I never expect top notch customer service in the medical profession, but they treated me poorly because my insurance wasn't accepted at their clinic. I wouldn't recommend.

I have never felt more comfortable with a care team as I have with the entire team at Western OB/Gyn. I have seen multiple doctors within the practice due to a couple of challenging and high-risk pregnancies that required multiple visits. No matter who I had to see, they were all communicating with each other constantly and aware of my situation. I was the type of person who always wanted a female physician, but after meeting Dr. Mohling - that all changed. He is incredible. He takes time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel at ease. The front desk staff, nursing and ultrasound teams are top notch. I have seen and also recommend Dr. Baudoin, Dr. Valley and Dr. Michaulk.
