I was provided with the wrong vehicle insurance, the wrong amount a month by 160 and then informed it was my fault. I couldn't even believe it, had to fire this place right away. Karri is the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with.

Never ever go here. Worst broker of all time. I've never seen such incompetence. Sends off the WRONG vehicle to the insurance company and can't even get the amount of my insurance proper. Changes all the time, 0 communication and over all useless.
