Always one rude staff member that thinks they own the shop lol but must say most of them are OK just that one you know who you are thats all I have to say

Really really bad customer service. The lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful, once given a price which was ridiculous she informed me very rudely after asking if there were any other larger stores that they were all over the world \obviously\ to which the guy at the till next to her butted in and said \don't bother she won't understand what you are saying\ I can tell you now I speak English and I do not have some sort of learning disability so why he had to say that other that to make fun of me is beyond me. To add insult to injury I have since contacted Gravesend Cash Converters who were much nicer, gave me a much better price and did it with a smile on her face. Chatham branch are a bunch of rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful rip of merchants. Stay away!!
