I wish i could walk in and find ALL staff masked correctly and masks in place at all times. Not the case twice now. Convenient and good bird seed but am not sure i can return. Not feeling safe in store with new variants that are more transmissible. Should not have to advise employees on correct masking. They should be looking out for us, themselves and each other as protocol. .

Chatham Agway so far has been the best Agway I've been in yet, and the prices of the wood shavings (bedding) and horse feed so far are the cheapest of any agway and tractor supply! It's worth my 20 min ride there vs my 7 min ride to Nassau! Personality of the employees are great, wish I knew the name of the women at he front counter, she's awesome, she remembered what I purchased and actually reminded me of which shavings I used. Was there today and was told don't worry I remember! Now just get a few more horse items in, halters, brushes hoof picks etc and I won't have to go anywhere else! My boys appreciate you!!
Visited twice during the pandemic. Employees didn't cover their noses with their masks. One walked within 2' of me with his mask around his neck, no coverage at all, turned and asked, \How are you today?\. We were happy to wear masks & follow Agway rules, I wish the employees could be as respectful. We won't be back.
Always super quick and the people there are always really nice and ready to assist.
Beautiful mums, and so many choices of size and color,very full pots. Got to get a couple more for my garden.
