This is truly an amazing dealership. I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Cherokee last week. It was an awesome deal. The sales lady, Jennifer Card, was very friendly and professional. Yesterday I picked it up after they completed the safety. I noticed that they had put in 4 brand new tires that I did not expect. Jennifer walked out with me, kindly showed me some features and answered all my question. The vehicle was so well detailed inside and out, it looked like it came from the factory. As I drove off and got on the road I noticed that they had given me a full tank of gas. I'm truly amazed and appreciative. Out of five stars I give Chatham Chrysler six.

Although the period to have the items fixed by the manufacture had passed, they contacted the manufacture and they fixed the issues with a minimal cost to myself. I truly appreciate their work to get this resolved for me. Great customer service.
