Very good class however during COVID there should not be any Ommmm or heavy breathing encouraged. That was not safe.

What a lovely beach yoga experience we had with Chatham Lighthouse Beach Yoga today! Jennifer was kind, funny, generous, educational and led a beautiful practice on our private beach. Most of us are yoga beginners and one of us is pregnant and she designed a personal and appropriate experience for us. She taught us about each pose, helped us be gentle and forgiving to our bodies and spirit and made us laugh. It was an awesome experience for all of us, it was affordable and I would highly recommend reaching out to her for a lovely, personal experience. \u200d️
