I rented a car for the first time from this company and all I can do is say positive things about my experience. I got a clean car, excellent customer service from Chantal and her co-worker and I even got a ride home after I returned the vehicle; who can really want or expect more!?

Excellent service. Car was in excellent shape. Higher trim level than I expected. Overall very pleased with using their services! Difficult to locate office. It is located within the Kia Dealership. Enter at the Service Door. Immediately turn left into the Showroom & then Right down the hallway towards the Parts Desk. Discount is located at the end of this hallway on the left.
worst car rental place there was a rub off scratch and they made me pay 500 deduct... then didn't bring the car in to get the actual quote for repairs for 6 months...and still never gave me a call back and ignored my calls
I have to say I will never use discount rental car again. We booked a vehicle to be ready for us on Aug. 25 at the train station. When we got to Kingston there was no car for us. We were told that they would have one for us hopefully in 15 mins. Which they did. We then had to go to the discount store and spent another 1/2 hour doing paperwork. We were told the paperwork would all be done at the kiosk. At which time we were told the vehicle had to be brought back before 2 pm on Aug 27. Our train did not leave until 4:45 pm. When we booked the car we were told they had a kiosk at the train station in which we would pick up and leave our keys at time of arrival and departure. We were then told to bring the vehicle back and take a cab wherever we were going to go after 2 pm. I think not!!!!!! The manager I presume then offered to pick up the car at the train station. We were to leave the keys in the vehicle unlocked because they don't have a second key. We made sure the tank was full. Fuller than when we got the car because of the fact they were picking the car up for us at the train station. Low and behold we were then charge another 15.26 for gas. They said it wasn't full. We did get a credit however should never have had to ask for it. NEVER again
