Overall I thought it was a good program. Relaxed but informative, organized and well executed. The only feedback I can give is some of the slides in presentation could have bigger font so people can read them better, I could read all but some I could see people having difficulty.

I recently completed the Standard First Aid Blended course and it was excellent. Having taken the course several times previously, the instructor Eyad was the best that I've ever had. Besides being highly knowledgeable, he was friendly, helpful, and made the class fun and interesting. I would highly recommend the course at this facility.
Instructor, Adel, was great. Very knowledgeable, didn't read word for word from the slides but also kept the class moving at a good pace. Having taken first aid level c about a dozen times in my life, I find the blended option is by far the best.
I took the Standard First Aid Blended course and was able to complete both components with relative ease! For the classroom portion, I was really impressed with Eyad and enjoyed having him as an instructor. He was knowledgeable, eager to help and above all very friendly which made the course a memorable experience. The facilities were clean and all of the training equipment worked exactly as intended, thus I had no issues and I certainly felt safe as all precautions were taken to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. In summary, I would absolutely recommend First Aid 4U to anyone seeking any level of First Aid certification!

Eyad was amazing! I totally got lost in the building in Chatham and was sooo stressed! He said take a deep breath, relax and come on in! He is a great teacher and has amazing people skills! I will always come here because of him now!! He truly is a great asset to your company and I hope you know that :)
Adel took his time to explain every concept and he made it quite easy to understand. Nice!
Enjoyed the class and the instructor Ardel was excellent ! Would highly recommend this course to anyone.
