The best Croissants. You can see the passion that’s gone into the place.

If this place was in NYC there would be lines out the door, so if you're close by take advantage. The sandwiches were very good, the pastries excellent, and the staff wonderful. If you need something delicious to brighten your day, this is the spot.

First time visiting Chatham, found this cute French bakery coincidentally. Got a lemon meringue tart and a chocolate banana tart and they are absolutely delicious. Taste so fresh with the right amount of sweetness to it!! Will definitely go back and try more items in the following weeks! Highly recommend to stop by and give it a try!!

I am working my way through their pastries week by week, and I haven't even gotten to bread yet! The coffees and lattes are always good and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for. Keep doing a great job!

There should be a line out the door here every day. This is the only patisserie I know of outside of Manhattan that is producing at the level of Montreal or France. I have had croissants, quiches, macarons, baguettes and desserts here, all excellent. Let’s help Fleur de Sel make it through the pandemic - we need a place like this.

There are many "French" bakeries out there, all claiming to have authentic French pastries. 95% of them produce tasteless and unappealing products. Well, let me tell you that from a fellow Frenchman, the owner was reproduce some of the high-quality pastries that I have tasted in my childhood. When a baker is able to bring beautiful flashbacks from someone's childhood who grew up on the most refined viennoiseries and patisseries, that baker is one of a kind. Great presentation and craftsmanship. Bravo!

I love this place and think it has the best fresh made croissant that melt in your mouth especially when they are warm! The only issue is that they are so good that they are usually sold out by 10am and the bakery doesn’t make them all day long.

You must try the quiche!! We had one leek and one mushroom, and I went back to get more for tomorrow. Also, the apricot cookies were delicious.
