So happy that we called Gilbert's. Our gas stove stopped working and we called an appliance store in Chatham and they told us it could take three weeks to have it looked at, a month and a half later and still no word from them, left messages with no reply. We called Gilbert's yesterday and he was here the next morning and had our oven working in about 45 minutes. Very professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

This guy, Brian, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the time of day and did troubleshooting over the phone for an issue I had with my GE Profile slide-in gas range. Dawood doesn't answer the phone. Paul's doesn't do gas. Austin doesn't do gas. JAMS doesn't do Blenheim. Tom's doesn't do GE. I own 6 major appliances. Who do you think I'm calling when I need help? GILBERT'S!!!
