If I could give Karen Gill ten stars out of five, I would. We had a complicated home sale challenge. The house belonged to my late parents who lived in New Jersey, and my two siblings and I all lived in other states not that close by. Moreover, the house needed some work -- not just ordinary sprucing up, but also mold remediation and fixing some weak spots in floors and damaged ceilings as well as plumbing and electrical work. Karen was an invaluable resource, identifying and prioritizing the work that needed to be done, locating and interviewing local professionals to perform the work, securing estimates from them, letting them into the house as needed, supervising their work, and keeping us informed throughout. She then staged the house beautifully and professionally and was able to get us a good offer -- better than I had dared hope we could get. She also supported us very effectively through the contentious inspection phase and in the end we got a good result. I can't imagine getting better service from a realtor than we got from Karen. This particular house was not a cookie-cutter sale. We needed a lot of personal attention and we got it from Karen. In addition, she is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am super-happy that we hired her and I would hire her again in a heartbeat for any real-estate transaction.

My wife and I hired Karen Gill of Keller Williams to help us sell our house in Chatham, New Jersey. Karen handled it masterfully from beginning to end. She was very knowledgable about the real estate industry in our area. She gave us a lot of advice we hadn't thought of, and guided us through. She staged the house beautifully, took professional photos, gave us written and verbal information in the beginning about how the whole process would go, and everything happened as she told us. Throughout the process, she was very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly, and staying on top of issues as they came up. We got several bids at our asking price, and were able to choose the one we liked best. In so many ways, she went above and beyond what we expected of a real estate agent! Just to give one example, she sent over her husband with some tools to unblock access to underneath our porch for an inspection the buyers scheduled on short notice. We would very highly recommend her expertise to anyone looking for a real estate agent in New Jersey.
