Food was good but 1/2 hour wait for the chicken. The second cashier was nice and offered free drinks for people waiting.
Good visit. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant. Good service. Food was pretty good.
Absolutely atrocious food and service. NOTHING like the old KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN that Col. Sanders originally founded. I'm sure if the Col. were still alive, he would be LIVID to see what's become of this place and how far this once-mighty chain has fallen from grace. Chicken pieces so small you practically need a magnifying glass to spot them. Greasy, salty, overcooked or undercooked, even the fries were awful. I mean, how can you screw up a batch of french fries? SERIOUSLY? Ended up throwing half the meal in the garbage. I thought this place would be a marginal improvement over the other two (now closed) locations, but I was horribly mistaken. The Drive-Thru is horrendously slow as well. Spent 15 minutes waiting only to get home and realize my order was all screwed up. Fries spilled all over the bag, more mayo than chicken on my sandwich, etc, etc. After multiple attempts to give them a try, I'm done. Finished. All I'm left with are the memories of what Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be and what it has now become: a blatant insult to the memory of Col. Sanders. So long, KFC. Thanks for the memories. Time to move on...
Always very slow service at this location. They only drop chicken when its ordered. Defeats the purpose of fast food.
Unfortunately cannot give this store the 0 star score that it truly deserves! My wife ordered at the store and waited over 30 minutes to be served. Checked and told that order was in the Q but then a short while later told it wasn't after all. Had to re-order and since out of chicken wait another 15 minutes for a fresh batch. Result was a 45 minute wait for absolutely nothing. Took a refund and left with nothing other than absolutely no intention of returning... Not my first bad experience at KFC and purposely avoided it for more than 2 years as a result. Should have made that permanent.
Where to start. The service isn't great. My last 2 visits resulted in missing items from my order. The first order I went back to get the missing items and I left feeling like I was inconveniencing the staff by doing so. The second order we tried contacting the store by phone, a message was left and we are still waiting for a call back. The food has gone even farther down hill. Our chicken tenders were about the size of chicken nuggets and the chicken pieces were small and full of grease. I do not recommend this KFC location at all.
