The team at Life Transitions provided services and guidance throughout the very difficult days after Andy's passing. Initiated by an emotional call from the hospital, James came to our home and went though the options with me and advised me of government requirements. The guidance of Life Transitions staff was helpful in taking my next steps and truly eased the process for our family.
