I would definitely utilize MinuteClinic for general vaccination needs. It's really convenient to schedule an appointment and get vaccinated on the same day. Its definitely a great alternative if your doctor is busy and you need the vaccination right away.

I'm really disappointed. First visit we went without insurance and the prices were very high, the wait was very long. Today I went in with health insurance. I've been updating the wait time all day and they never fell below 1 hour. This is at locations within 30 minutes of me. I tried to make an appointment and it doesnt allow you the option to choose a time, you're just assigned one. I was assigned a time of 11:12 at 10:59. I dont even live close enough where if I left immediately and was speeding the entire way I would have made it, so I was forced to cancel. I checked the wait time again and it said 1 hr, figuring it wouldn't get better I went. Within the time it took me to drive there (at this point I happened to already be in Chatham and my drive was 7 mins) the wait time jumped all the way to 2 hours and 11 mins. Approx. WHAT? There was ONE person in the waiting area and online booking feature was no longer available for the day. This is not acceptable customer service and I expect better from CVS. I would return if the made some improvements to their wait time,booking systems, a privacy screen for guests, masks for coughing guests and some level of customer service.
