New person has our file every time we call in. If we have to update vehicles they usually take months to correctly do it. They give out quotes incorrectly and really seem to have no idea what they are doing. They are NOT worth the hassle and time of using them. I would not only never recommend them i encourage people to never use them. And to follow up on the owners response to try and fix things, we have called in a few times now and still have had nothing resolved. In fact, we moved onto another company and even after a months notice to cancel our entire policy we still had money withdrawn from our account.
