I made the mistake of moving to Freedom Mobile and quickly realised how much I missed Rogers. The chaps in the shop were friendly and the lead one helped me port in my number and offered me multiple discounts on the no-tab plan. Not their mistake but Rogers had to conduct credit checks all over again and open a new account rather than just activate the old one. Was an additional 40 setup fee but the discounts I'm getting far exceed the cost. Back home with Rogers, feels good!

Waited 2 hours and was ignored the entire time. My cell phone is under warranty and I just had to drop it off. Called later and the young fellas best suggestion was to cancel my account and have bell mail me a new phone.

The staff at this Rogers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I have never left the store unsatisfied or without a smile! Erik is absolutely fantastic to deal with and due to his exceptional level of customer service I refuse to go to any other Rogers. Keep up the great work!

Our whole family has been going to this rogers store for almost 8 years now and have NEVER left the store unsatisfied. The customer service here is excellent, the staff is pleasant and very helpful, especially Jakob and Wes, and are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. We are thoroughly impressed with the continuous outstanding service, this store is the biggest factor in our choice to always continue with rogers when upgrade time approaches.

Wow! thank you so much to Eric who assisted me today! You were very outgoing, informative, professional and friendly. You helped me develop a new plan according to my usage. It seems as if he were the manager because he knew everything that I asked of him! If he isn't he deserves a big raise! I have dealt with rogers before and have not had a good experience.
