I ordered the new brown sugar oat milk espresso, with light ice. When I receive my drink it was filled up a little bit more than halfway with just as much ice, maybe more. The worker had pink hair and was wearing a cat mask, on 3/8/21 at 4:22. I asked her respectfully why the drink wasn’t filled up, and she said light ice doesn’t mean more drink and shut the window. I have always gotten light ice and never experienced this. Customer service was astonishingly bad, I will not be returning to the Chatham location.

Cozy atmosphere; great location for meet-ups, quiet enough to study or conduct a business meeting. Lots of parking and of course, free wifi.
Always a good experience to go through the bank drive thru and withdraw some coffee and a sandwich
I tried to get a hot chocolate from this starbucks at 9pm. The lady working in the drive thru told me that they were shut, but on the starbucks app they are meant to be open until 10 pm. This has happened before.
if there was a way to leave negative stars i would. this place is absolutely horrific. I work nearby and i am always getting starbucks and this is the only one nearby. LET ME TELL U THIS PLACE IS SLOW AND TAKES 30 MINUTES TO MAKE A DRINK, THEN WHEN THEY MESS IT UP THEY ARE SO RUDE ABOUT IT AND I HAVE SEEN THEM PUT THE DRINK ON THE TABLE VERY RUDELY AND IT ALMOST SPILLING. i literally never write reviews but i felt it was necessary. this place has terrible management.
Horrible horrible horrible, I usually never ever leave bad reviews but this place did it for me. I order from here multiple times from the app in at least 20 mins. in advance and my order is never ever ready. When you walk in, employees completely ignore you, talk loudly, not to mention how loud the music is, and this is the only starbucks I've experienced this at before. With covid you would think they would be more organized but, no. Clients are just all standing everywhere, some clients outside the door due to the fact that no one's order is ready yet since they only focus on the drive-thru orders, and even that, the line is always absurd. Not to mention the amount of times my drink was made wrong, and the employees seem like they get mad at the client when they are the one who messed up the order. I had an employee basically slam my order back on the counter saying that "they can not take it back". HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION, gives the starbucks name SHAMEEE. this place needs better management, service, just needs the whole place to be looked over. RIDICULOUS. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
I normally do not leave any reviews however while I was at the drive through at Chatham Starbucks, I overheard a nasty conversation between two of their employees. I over heard a tall man by the name of Matthew or Marcus say "So my girl always says to me that I should just hit her when she's annoying me because she thinks I won't so one day I hit her!" while laughing and smiling about it. The other tall worker was visibly uncomfortable and tried his best to avoid the conversation. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unsafe during any transaction in my life. Will definitely not come to this Starbucks again.
