I certainly loved their food and customer service, fantastic location next to my home. The cashiers are always welcoming. Will come back again.

So the food and service is good. The location and ambiance are exceptional. The issue I have is the racket they run at the front host stand... 45m wait with 23 open 4 to 6 seat tables today, even Monday at 2pm. It's obvious they are pushing you to go spend 60 to 120 dollars on drinks at the bar before being seated. Tables are open every time we have come and never seated while you are forced to wait at the bar area to get seated for upto an hour. Annoyingly obvious push for additional revenue on an already overpriced restaurant.

we entered and was instantly over stimulated, the lights are incredibly bright and the room itself is very bland. we went to look at the menu which is incredibly small because of covid (according to the staff). i asked how much a 1 1/2 pound lobster was (was put as market price) and was told it’s 65.... i’m not crazy right? that’s extremely over actual mp. i found something on the menu and asked for it and was told they are out of stock. if your going to have a small menu, at least tell your customers what’s not available beforehand

Got there at 7:30, and during summer the only option is a clambake buffet style menu. It’s 72 per person without lobster or 102 with lobster. Being that a clambake is based on seafood was hoping to have some good options. The raw oysters and clams weren’t on ice and weren’t chilled, so were at room temperature. The shrimp was really good and the steak was cooked very well. They have a tomato bar that had a really good pasta and fried green tomatoes. Dessert bar was great where you could make your own ice cream. Given the price and the place we were eating at had higher expectations for the clam bake. Since buffet, service wasn’t the best either when you needed something you couldn’t get yourself.
