Happened to be passing by with my husband while we are in town and we decided to take advantage of the lovely patio. Service is exceptional. The owner of the establishment was very attentive and made sure all our needs where met. We have gone back since our first visit as it has quickly become our favourite spot to kick back enjoy a drink and a good meal. Would highly recommend.

I went in with a few friends and had a couple beers. After I go to the bartender to grab a pitche. While paying someone grabs me and says you need to leave. I was very confused he said I had a “ restraining order again against an ex”. I never had an ex girlfriend I told him. He didn’t even get my ID he just threw me out like I was in the wrong. After I’m stuck at the front for ever my friends finally come out super confused and tell that security guard he should go back in there and find the right guy which he says “how can I do that” there’s 30 people figure it out! The girl who had a restraining order against some guy was even there to and said that’s not him. But it was to late I was already thrown out... Super power hungry and not proper at taking steps to make sure everyone is safe and totally doing there job wrong
Ive been to many bars and this has got to be THE WORST I have ever been to, and I even gave it multiple chances. Awful management, very slow service, and the place was just overall a dirty, unorganized, and had a very poor atmosphere.
Went a couple of days ago and only had two different kinds of beer which was kind of weird. Your better off going to mikes place and get something that you like for cheaper.
I'm from Toronto so my standard for bars is pretty high. I was expecting a small venue but River Rock is HUGE. The open patio with lights and couches was my favourite. I loved that there were 6 bartenders on all night, we never had to wait long for a drink. The music was a mix of top 40 and good throwbacks. My only wish was that there was barfood available like nachos or wings but there was a restaurant down the street so no biggie. Also no cover?? Amazing coming from someone used to 20 cover.
My friends were here from London for a night out and we were denied entry because my one friend was wearing Roots jogging pants. She's been in the bar before, she ALWAYS wears jogging pants... so it was a shock but hey don't want our money it's cool.
Awesome bar, always a good time. Great music, great drinks, great people.
