The customer service I received was fabulous! My repair was done promptly! Joy was very helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with the tire and what was done to it. Hopefully will give my tire a few months of extra life! Jamie was amazing to deal with as well - always willing to go the extra step to ensure we were Happy! Thanks to the technician who did the work on my Truck! You have a great team! Would highly recommend to anyone

The engine on our VW Touareg went into “limp mode”. Service manager articulated the situation over the phone, he spoke very highly about the service technicians that would be working on the car. I bought my first brand new car here, and shortly after my second (I upgraded). Nicole from Volkswagen Chatham helped me get into a beautiful model of Beetle which has been my dream car forever! She worked with me on all of the details/features I wanted, went over the paperwork in simple terms with me, and was very personable and helpful! She even went so far as to go for a drive with me to see a certain colour of beetle (as I wasn't sure what colour I wanted), so that I could see it in person to make a better decision. I really enjoyed my service here, and if I ever have any questions/needs I can contact Nicole directly which makes things faster/simpler. You'll be taken care of here!

The Vw Experience from chatham has been 2nd to none. Especially from my man Drew. He drew me in with his with his Drewish Charm and humor. Drew was very nice in helping me out when getting into my golf R. A service from a jolly good man (drew) and from the rest of the staff! So when you find yourself over at VW ask for Drew and if you need a sales guy you need to talk to Drew and anything else, Drew is your man.

While out driving my 1964 VW, I had an issue of concern. I brought it directly to Chatham VW and they immediately had a look at it. They checked out the issue, took care of a couple of issues and I had it back early the next morning. Great service.

Volkswagen Chatham consistently delivers above and beyond service. So much so, I made the commute from Windsor to purchase my vehicle and will continue to do so to maintain the upkeep. Their staff is genuinely friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Nicole made my purchasing experience very smooth and reliable. Consider buying your next VW from VW Chatham! This was my first time and my first VW. I had a great hassel free experience purchasing a new VW from this dealership. Every person on staff we interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful. They offered contact-less sales which we used with no issues. Our car was delivered with care: clean, fresh and even installed our mats and bagged the factory ones for storage, little touches. We have not used any services at the dealership yet, but will be doing that once we reach our service markers as this dealership included it with our new VW purchase. Very nice touch! We did not experience any pushy warranty sales either. It was a very stress-free experience. I would recommend them to anyone considering a VW. When it came to pricing they were very competitive and no fussing aroud, just got right to the best possible price to get me into a VW. They were also very fair on my Ford trade in, something that we did not experience with previous dealers as we shopped for a new family vehicle. They used an app to assess my trade in as well, SUPER SIMPLE and EASY to use. Only little thing with the app is trade-in price offered is an estimate until they deliver the vehicle and inspect yours to make sure what you listed and sent pictures of is actually true. That part was slightly nervous but they need to do their due diligence on buying a used car off someone - it all worked out, price did not change, my vehicle was as described. As it is my first VW, if it holds up to the high quality standards they talked about, definitely won't be my last and I'll be back to VW Chatham

I purchased my dune beetle from Nicole Flanagan awhile ago and absolutely love my car! Honestly the best quality car I've ever driven and the service is amazing!! Any questions or concerns I had about the car, Nicole was more than helpful to get me an answer right away. Needed an oil change or tires changed, Nicole booked me in right away and the service was above and beyond!! Seriously the customer service is incredible at Volkswagen, thanks Nicole!!!
