The current manager is OK... but he has to be more proactive and soft spoken to the people since most of the customer's are villagers and they don't know banking matter properly. I hope after shifting the branch to the next building which is under finishing, then the situation will be changed in all respect. Now the bank space is too small compare to the customer volume.
