Amazingly phoneline busy the for 48 hours tried calling to find out why my monthly payment was not processed.......... Shocked at the zero respect for citizens and when you ask questions you get dismissed like a child and a person will point to a date they have written on your card. No use of words except for next!!!!

I would like to commend Sizophila "Thandeka" you are the most amazing diligent person I have met in a long time, your kindness and assistance was beyond a commendation. You are so understanding and helpful and helped right until the end of the day when I was about to give up and you smiled and said dont worry I'm hear to help and that's what you did, stayed late on your birthday and made sure my paperwork was processed, that takes a very special person to do. Today you made a big difference in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Unfortunately I'm unable to give them a no star rating. Very pathetic service, They have a different excuse for everyday, I went there today for the 6th time, I was next in line at 11:20am but beacuse I was not there before 10:30am I was turned away and not helped. Please specify this in your operating hours to prevent people from coming to your offices for help after 10:30am.
Many of us citizens have been coming to sign since October 2020 and to date no funds have been paid into our bank accounts.We keep getting told to come back next month.Some people have been signing for the past 5 months and have still not received any UIF payments.
No help from anyone.... We have to run around and beg for our own money.....
Apparently when they're offline it automatically becomes home time even if it is 2pm in the day. The security guard was rude and pointed me to a printed A4 sized 'poster' that says they aren't doing new UIF applications anymore - so beware. Typical service you expect from a government institution
The crowd was a lot however the staff had seen to the people very efficiently. Payments are extremely low unhappy about that for 5 years service you would expect more.
I've applied for uif in july they sent me an SMS stating I will be assisted within 35 days. I have not received and assistance whatsoever Everytime i try calling the number is always engaged.
