I have bought cosmo sanitizer from dischem during the lockdown expecting it to be a good quality product only to find out that the product that I brought was the weakest sanitizer ever , I had the same cosmo sanitizer which was from previous batch which was good and smelted like sanitizer so I was able to pick up that the yellow cap cosmo sanitizer was very weak and had no smell. I had returned product to store and waiting for my feed back , manager said they could be that the cap was maybe loose causing alcohol to seep out but I suspect the batch, I am still awaiting for the last 4 weeks for a response and the test results of the product , we trusted in dischem and sad to see that our lives was in the line and that was the case

Great to have a dischem in chatswoth much smaller then all the other stores.did not have any issues for getting medication over the counter and chronic , they well stocked .

Bought a digital thermometer a day before lockdown. I only took it out to use yesterday and there was a Pre-inserted battery. However. The reading on screen indicated Lo ... which made me suspect that item was previously used. When I called Chatsworth Dischem- made me wait for 5 minutes before transferring call and cutting me off thereafter.

We got called by the controller to go at the ba ck with him becaus they thought we were stealling just bcause we were covering ourselfs (wearing hijab) what a bad treatment .
