Dr Govender needs to find a new receptionist ASAP! He's a great dentist, but his receptionist is obnoxious, hence I've taken my business elsewhere. Politeness should be a receptionist's default personality. She's the voice of the business.

I was coming to the dentist from work on a rainy day. I spent ten minutes searching for the dentist's office in the rain, only to find out that the dentist left ten minutes after my appointment time. Apparently it was my fault because I was 20 minutes late, yet the 20 minute mark had not even passed. The dentist couldn't even wait 10 minutes for a paying customer. Their closing time is at 5pm, so this made no sense to me. The receptionists were very rude. They offered no apology and made it seem as if it was my fault that the dentist did not wait till closing time. When I got upset, they didnt even offer an apology and spoke to me very abruptly. The service is appalling. This dentist is obviously not serious about his work or his customers. I will not be coming back to this establishment. The customer keeps the business afloat. Hope they learn this soon.
Absolutely rude receptionist,have no proper way of speaking to a patient,I had called in saying I'd be a few minutes late,they said ok but as I had entered they had told me that they have another patient and I'm too late,they fail to understand simple english because I had mentioned that I'm a disabled person and need just a little time,I think that they have to go back to school to learn some manners or maybe they had not learnt manners from parents,money isn't everything,a patients health is equally important.I hope the doctor evaluates his employees because they would never work for me.PERIOD!
A waste of time. Appalling disgusting service. Receptionists are extremely rude and the dentist hours are not as stipulated on google. He leaves early . Please take your business elsewhere. Doesnt deserve even a star rating.
I received the most unfriendly service from these people. The lady/receptionist on the phone was absolutely rude. Really unprofessional and shocking levels of service. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere. What a shame.
