This salon is amazing. I have been coming for years! Always leave happy and satisfied. Trang the owner is very high on consumer service she goes above and beyond. All techs are good and make you comfortable. The salon is clean and beautiful. They offer delicious beverages! try Trang's coffee its so good! Be sure to make a appointment they do get very busy but are definitely worth it!

I love going to this particular location! It's on the way when we're heading towards Big Bear. Any last minute equipment we may need or simply using this location to rent out snowshoeing gear as we head to the mountains, their customer service here always nails it!

I like coming here. For a small store they have a large selection. The store is clean and the workers are nice. They don't have public restrooms.

Probably the worst goodwill weve been too. They dont follow the deal days and have no selection.

Worst place to shop. The managers are straight up rude and have no manners. (This isn’t the first time the manager has yelled at a customer). They sold my sister a slide and it had a price on it of 4.94. They sold it to her and didn’t tell her a price at checkout. She thought she was buying it for 5, only to get home to find out that she paid nearly 13. My dad takes it back, just to make sure the price was right. The manager comes out raising her voice saying that they don’t do refunds. My father tried to explain to her that he didn’t come to return it but to just check the price. She cut him off and continued to yell at him. I told her kindly that there was no need to yell. To respond she said, “ Do not tell me what to blanking do.” Never again will my family and I shop there, (and note we spend a good 100 a month there, and that is just me). I will move my business over to Salvation Army. I have yet to have a problem out of them and they treat their customers right.
