Absolutely poor the staff are rude and do not care how they speak to customers... No one at the front they are busy idling around.. Had an incident with the one staff in particular who wasn't at the front she should not be in customer service industry when she has no way of speaking to customers... Especially if your job is is to be sanitizing and checking people's temperatures..... U fortunately I was u able to get her full name but should I would really appreciate someone from telling to get in contact with me

Truly one of thee worst run Telkom branches in kzn, I've been a Telkom customer for almost 7 years now, and Chatsworth branch is by far thee worst branch I've ever dealt with, the staff are arrogant and lazy, and of no help to individuals with queries. Please Telkom rectify your Chatsworth branch, truly a disgrace to see a blue chip company with stuff who has no respect for the clients.

Natasha conned my hubby and I on the verbal agreements ..because we delt with her in the past. We didnt feel the need to read the contract...we trusted her and signed a contract not realising that what she told us verbally was totally opposite on the written contract...really disappointed with her lies...

I honestly wish I could give the store a half star rating. After calling the call center regarding the mistake on my bill , I was told to come to the store and the manager made it seem like they were doing me a favour and that I was supposed to deal with this with the call center. One of the sales attendants incorrectly signed me up for deal - how is it fair that I must now be reliable for that bill? Its ridiculous the kind of service that is given at this store. The sales attendant did not even make eye contact with us - knowing that she made a mistake. Unbelievable!

Tried calling the stores direct number, kept being put through to the options which lead nowhere. Telkom is such a large useless Telecommunications provider. you cannot follow up on a request without having to have to jump through hoops like you in a damn circus.

Customer service needs to improve. I had a loaded trolley and couldn't push into their shop. I asked one of their consultants to come by the entrance where I was to query about a telkom product. But the look on her face and the way she spoke was VERY UNFRIENDLY, such that even if telkom was offering an excellent product, I wouldn't have taken it. There was no courtesy nor understanding of the customer. Very sad...
