The best thing is the there is no pressure from anyone, makes you feel comfortable while checking out what might be your next favorite ride. Also they are very informative on questions that are asked. Check it out and see if you have the same experience.

Took my bike in Friday and was asked to leave it so it could be gone through. Came and picked it up today with an estimate for repairs. Stanton is a straight shooter and doesn't pull any punches and that's after a bad review I gave months ago. That goes to show the professional attitude he brings to White Lightning Service department As long as he is in the service department I will be back.

Walked in and was greeted immediately by the front desk staff then walked over to Motor clothes where staff also said hello. The store was clean and organized. This is the only reason I am giving just 1 star. New to the area I googled my way here to look for a few Christmas gifts for hubby and planning on spending some serious . By now I’ve spent at least 20 minutes picking up things walking around with a shirt and even looking at jackets. I looked around hoping they’d see I had questions, yes I could’ve asked for help but the staff was too busy chatting never once leaving their perch. So I put the shirt back and walked out, nothing said as I did. Boy I sure miss customer service!!!

Wow, this was the best of Harley D's we have been thus far...and we stop at most all we see...the Staff go above and beyond their means to help you, very knowledgeable of their products, have great sales, dressing rooms to try on merchandise , allow you to test drive most of their motorcycles, Satuday' s they host , first of day, hot dogs, and drink while it last, they have a sitting area with fireplace and big screen TV ...and tables to sit in and outside...I say go have a look see because they sure do known how to show GREAT SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY to it's finest...May you drive away with a full heart of knowing you have been treated like somebody...as we all did when we left...The SmithClan
