This is the worst care i have ever seen for an asthma patient, it is worse than third world care. The practice and the ccg should be ashamed of themselves. I do not want my daughter to be an NRAD statistic, but it looks like she may well be. I really need to speak to the practice manager about the level of care this practice is giving it's asthma patients. Things have to change, they just have to. Thank goodness for people like Sam the receptionist, he helped so much. Please, see this message I want you to call me, as things have to change.

Today and in the past I have tried ringing for an appointment to be cut of each time. How are you meant to be seen by a doctor. You can't go direct to the surgery anymore to make an appointment so it's impossible over the phone. And when you eventually get through there's none left.
What an absolute disgrace of a doctors practice. I only registered a few weeks ago and had to put a repeat prescription in. When speaking to the person on the door she said when I had to put my repeat prescription in to specify which pharmacy I wanted it to go to so I did, only to go there and find it not there. Rang up and OMG when I asked about it, first of all I was told I didn't have a repeat prescription and the attitude of the person I spoke to was nothing but disgusting. I would like the option of no stars because 1star is more than they deserve
Never had any issues with GCS. Like most places, short staffed but do the best they can.
Very long waiting times if you go to the walk-in service in the morning. Virtually impossible to get an appointment in the afternoon and the phone will just ring for minutes if you can actually get through. The doctors and nurses are fine, no problems there - it's just getting to see them that's the issue!
