Highly recommend Chattings for anyone looking to rent a property. We moved to the area from London a few years ago and they were helpful, considerate and answered all of our questions for a long distance move. We are in the process of moving to another property with Chattings and Charlotte and Georgia have been fantastic. They arranged a viewing, managed our anxiety, confirmed the tenancy, sorting out references and answered all of our questions remarkably quickly. They’ve always been kind, considerate and professional and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

Incredibly helpful and friendly; we were in need of a rented property quickly as our old landlord was selling up, we contacted Chattings about a new build property they had advertised for rent and couldn't believe the speed in which the whole process went through. Very fast and reliable, thorough with their procedures and very easy to communicate with. 5/5 would recommend.
