Worst service... Cheats of the first order. They cancel our bookings at their will and pleasure saying that the door is locked, when all our folks are at home. One good thing happened today (18-11-2020). Without a booking they delivered a cylinder to us saying that we had booked the previous night (17-11-2020). We took delivery of the same. But I cannot give 5 stars, because they would have not honoured the bookings of another customer on account of this. They are still cheats of the first order...

Good customer service
Staffs are very arrogant and irresponsible towards customer. Stopped service for a week due to small software issue from their side and not providing alternative solution for the time being. They didn't even care about the difficulties faced by the customer in their day today life due to their negligence. Don't go to this agency if you are expecting a timely and responsible service. Look for other options than these bloody idiots.
