I stopped by the Chavis location with my Hoover carpet shampooer — could not get a tricky part back in place after cleaning the machine. Michael helped with the difficult part and had it in place in two minutes, then finished putting everything else back together in another few minutes. Would not accept anything for his service. This would have taken me an hour to figure out! Sure wish more businesses would offer such great customer service! Thank you, Michael! I will be returning to Chavis with my future vacuum and sewing machine needs! Joy

Went in to buy a Janome sewing machine. Jeremy demonstrated the machines and after talking about my needs hooked me up with the exact machine that I needed. He was very knowledgable about the product. A week later when I went in to pick up my machine he remembered my name! Great service!
