I tried to reach them many times, but they did not answer my calls. I wanted to change my number, thay even not ask from me what kind of issue i am having. So I think this is worst bank in the usa i have ever used. I recommend to use another bank not this.

The atmosphere and culture in this bank is how I wish it was in all TD branches. Im from Canada and the TD branches we have there are like those sketchy cheque cashing places compared to the vibe in this branch. Everyone is so sincerely welcoming and all the tellers KNOW their customers. The staff at this branch helped me out a tonne with a major issue I was having with my cross border account. Really went above and beyond. By far the best TD experience I've had in my 10 years as a TD customer.
