Thank you to Checo's for your professional, prompt and friendly service. We had a fantastic birthday party at the weekend with the fortnite themed bouncy castle, my child and his friends thought it was awesome. Very easy transaction from start to finish. The people who set it up and took it down again were lovely and very courteous. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Thanks to checo's this little guy had the best 5th birthday party ever. We had a Pokémon theme so had Pokémon bouncy castle and face paint and even Pokémon glitter tattoos. They really went out their way to make sure he had an amazing time. They found songs to play that they didn't have but he loved. From the first message right up until then leaving the communication was fantastic and nothing was a problem. They were all amazing but a special mention to the girl that helps the kids with all the dancing etc she was fantastic with them all! Will 100% definitely use them again. Thanks again guys.
The customer service of this woman is dreadful, totally unproffesional, she's down right rude and offensive and she blocks you so you can't leave a Facebook review, not that that's going to stop me as I will be leaving one. Avoid this absolute joke of a company. There's far nicer people out there and cheaper too.
Thank you for a great party, all the kids had a fantastic time and your staff were excellent keeping them entertained the whole time. All the adults present commented how good it was to relax and not chase after any kids so thank you again and will be sure to use you again.
If I could give no stars I would. I was wanting to book a party for my daughter for her birthday next month as I will be heavily pregnant and would struggle to do it all myself i thought this would be the easier option. I had missed a deal by 3 days and was quite shocked they wouldnt make an exception as I was a returning customer! I sent a message through Facebook saying I was quite disappointed about this and then I got a message back which was so patronising then they blocked me.. Obviously so I couldnt leave them a bad review on Facebook. Your customer service is appalling that's no way to keep customers!! Utterly shocked i would never recommend this company now.
