Awful odious woman that has absolutely no customer service skills, the owner of this business clearly has something wrong with her and is not wired up right, thinks requests and feedback is criticism. I had the most disgusting telephone conversation as after placing an order mentioned a small sproblem with a previous order ( 1/3 missing) and she just went ballistic, suggested we placed our orders elsewhere, how a failing business can afford to lose everyday business is beyond me. The telephone footage is now on YouTube and will be removed upon receiving an apology.
