We purchased a small freezer at beginning of the year but had to return a part from special order that we did not need. We asked for a refund for return to our company credit card as that was the original form of payment. Today is May 24 2020. We returned the merchandise on Feb. 28th 2020. They insisted on sending a check. It never came. Unacceptable. Do the right thing and respond.

Bought a corkscrew that fell apart. Tried to return it 48 days later. Return policy 30 days said I was out of luck even though product clearly defective. Save your money. Update, purchased 100% stainless ( no plastic) from Walmart for lower price with lifetime warranty. Happy now.
