After being taken poorly in Cosmos Cafe in Basildon Town Centre on the 12th June a Fast Response Vehicle and a Paramedic Ambulance came to my aid. I was having a Seizure and Unaware of what was going on, however my mother who I was planning on having lunch with has since told me that not only did the Crew look after myself but they also made sure that my 82 year old was taken care off. They even made sure that my Mobility Scooter was moved into the Cafe so that it didn't get vandalised or stolen. They reassured my mother whilst taking me up to Casualty.. Just want to say a big thank you for all your help

Can't praise the paramedics enough. Called NHS Direct Sunday evening for my 88 year old Dad - within 2 minutes they had a paramedic at our home. He was with us for over an hour doing ECG, tests for stroke, blood pressure, blood test etc etc etc. Nothing was too much for him - so caring & patient. Thankfully my Dad is fine after a follow-up appointment at his GP. THANK YOU ALL THE PARAMEDICS OUT THERE, KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK YOU DO :)
