Good shop not very busy just close to Aldi as well. Car park free for 3 hours :)
Had to return an online order. The assistant served the person before me, then walked into the shop and ignored me. She was finishing her shift which was fine but she should have acknowledged me and told me what was going on. Communication is the key to good customer service.
My ceiling light was delivered today,absolutely beautiful ,well packed in box ,very much appreciated dunelm
Spacious two-storey building selling all sorts of house hold items. Clear one way signage, and checks at entrance for covid-19 compliance. Only 110 customers at a time so plenty of room to browse. Only one (disabled) toilet open to public, as the other two were reserved for staff. Public toilet was very clean
