It's so nice to have a service company on your doorstep that does exactly that!! I've taken several items in for repair or upgrade and each has been done with efficient professionalism - and a smile - so refreshing. Great bunch of guys and straightforward business...
Came in without an appointment and this wasn't an issue at all. My charger port had become detective. Anyway before going ahead with the replacement they instead gave the port a deep clean, that did the trick and it's worked fine ever since, best of all the clean was free! The staff on the desk were really proffesional and easy going. The diagnosis and cleaning was done 'whilst you wait'. This was all done within 20 mins. I Will be using them again if any other issues with my phone come up, for sure.
