Have not had an experience yet. Called at beginning of Feb for an appointment. Made it for Feb 16th. Office closed due to weather on the 26th and they called to cancel my appointment. They did not reschedule the appointment, I had to call the next day to reschedule. Said the next appointment is not until March 1st now. They do not know how to keep customers satisfied if the office is shut down for one day and that delays an appointment for two more weeks. You stay open for the next several days to catch up.

Dr Nichols is a wonderful eye doctor! She has helped me greatly with choosing the right contacts and eyeglasses. Her patience and kind heart make the usually uncomfortable optometrist visit so much better! Dr Nichols and her staff are extremely helpful anytime you need them. Highly recommend Dr Nichols to all members of your family!

Chelsea Eye Care is such a find. Despite not living in Chelsea, our entire family makes the drive to have Dr. Nichols check our eyes. She has been terrific with both little ones and adults alike. We are always quickly seen and Dr. Nichols spends lots of time talking with us, checking eyes, and addressing any concerns. Her patience with children is especially outstanding!

Dr. Nichols is an incredible doctor. She is caring, attentive, knowledgeable and has a wonderful staff. She puts her patients first and has helped me through many eye issues. I would never see another doctor! Her office is convenient and efficient and I'm always seen right at my appointment time. I can't recommend Dr. Nichols enough!

Absolutely ecstatic about my glasses! It's the first time I've actually been able to see and I don't know how long. The entire staff was wonderful, caring, courteous, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is within a 25 mile radius. Maybe even further, I promise you it will be well worth the drive! Kudoz again to Chelsea Eye Care!
