I've had a few issues to deal with since joining this practice, and in each case they have been first class. Recommended.

I wanted to say how professional and friendly the reception staff are and have been in the past. It is so important when you are not feeling too good to speak with someone who listens to you. My daughter and I would like to say thank you.

I would avoid this surgery for the following reasons: As a new patient, I received a phone call and the outcome was that I should take anti-depressants. Obviously to shut me up. Prescribing an anti-depressant to someone you have never met is shocking. I was only offered subsequent telephone appointments. I had to ask the receptionists 3 times to have my repeat medication sent to the chemist's. Another thing, the smell at reception area is disgusting and it needs to be disinfected.

I had a couple of bad experiences at this surgery and previously left a bad review. One of the doctors then contacted me and took a really proactive approach, offering to see me regularly which made me feel like someone cared. Overall I still feel a lot of the doctors here do not take mental health as seriously as they should, but this was a major improvement
