We had Boyson fit electric openers to our gates 5 years ago. We had faults very early on and have had to have them back 3 more times to fix more faults. This seems to be just a two person company and are unable to respond to faults quickly. Their current response was to offer a date over two weeks in the future to attend. We are so disappointed with the reliability of their installation and their lack of availability to undertake repairs that we have decided to get a new installation from another company.

This company came to our house 48 hours ago to service our gates, this was the first time we had used this company. We arrived home today to discover one of our four gates were not closed. On a basic inspection it seemed the bar connecting the gates to the motor had disconnected. I immediately called and text'd the engineer who called me back 40 minutes later. From the start he was aggressive and not interested. He insisted me or a member of my family must have got a wrench and undone the bar ! I asked him to come back and attach again as we had not touched the mechanism. He insisted we must have done and that not only was he not coming back but would not look after the gates moving forward, this was followed by him hanging up on me. From this astonishing experience I would warn anyone from using this company. The

Harry and Angus then came to fit updated automation to the gates - they worked tirelessly throughout the day with a full workshop, and installed automation that works well, and complements the gates. They provide a guarantee for 2 years; the automation comes with 3 years' warranty, and they are knowledgeable and sensible in their approach. For a professional approach with attention to detail, I would highly recommend Harry and Angus.
Job completed on time with multiple visits due to the construction of surrounding area. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products. Worked to a very high standard. Priced accordingly and I would recommend to anyone wanting automatic gates.
Boyson Doors came recommended to us. They did a very good job of automating our existing garage doors and gates, and also provided follow up support when needed.
