Lovely, relaxed dealership. Not pushy and more than happy to arrange unhurried test rides on their demo fleet; long enough to really get the feel for the bikes. The reason I'm holding back on the 5th star is that their used stock (which realistically is of more interest to me than their new) does seem a bit pricey compared with other main dealers which is a shame.

I went today to do a MOT revision for my motorbike that i got time ago because it was cheaper compared to London. This base at Cheltenham has really good staff, they are really welcoming and nice. They offered us tea and coffee which was a good sign of kindness on their behalf. It was a 2 hour journey from London to Cheltenham but it was a really good use of time on a total of 4 hours. The MOT lasted for 2 hours with careful technicians. You should really consider this base of Harley Davidson if you’re near here because it’s great. It was also a nice weather so it was even better!!!

Fantastic experience. Accidentally rode past it at first. The entrance is tucked behind the petrol station. Staff were busy but helpful. They suggested a great route for our test ride. Free hot drinks.

I am the proud owner a of 2004 Wide Glide with some 15000 miles on the clock. Looking at the service recommendations, the existing spring loaded cam chain tensioners were due for inspection at 20000 miles. After doing some research I came to the conclusion that it would be better to have the Screamin’ Eagle Hydraulic tensioner upgrade kit fitted. The old spring loaded camchain tensioners have given some owners issue and the later hydraulic tensioners are much more reliable. Not only that but the kit upgrades the Camshaft bearings and replaced the oil pump with a higher flow version, all good stuff. Fitting the kit was beyond my limited mechanical ability so I looked around for a shop to fit and supply the upgrade kit. From the first moment I contacted Cheltenham Harley I have been totally impressed with their customer Service which was fantastic and certainly I gained the impression that this level of customer service was not imposed from above but was came from the individuals themselves. I’m afraid I can’t remember the individual’s names (it’s an age thing) but everybody who I dealt with gave me total confidence in the staff of Cheltenham Harley. I would like to extend my thanks to all. Communication from Cheltenham Harley was all I could ask for and more. I never needed to call them at all, they kept me fully informed. My Wide Glide is back now and performing flawlessly. It was returned to me fully valeted and in a better condition than it was collected, it gleams! Interestingly, the outside tensioner was worn almost down to the limit but the inner tensioner was virtually untouched. My only disappointment is that the upgrade is now hidden under the Camchain cover. They did send me a picture before it was covered up . I can wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend them
