I saw Vaiva for a hypnotherapy session after she was recommended by a friend who had quit smoking after one session. I approached Vaiva for assistance with controlling my consumption of alcohol, which was regular and excessive. We had a very in-depth discussion at the start of the session about what I wanted to achieve and why I was not making those changes. The questions were, at times, quite challenging and direct but as I came to see this was required to get a clear idea of my goals. The hypnotherapy session itself was relaxed and comfortable, and although I remember feeling that I was tense, afterwards I felt relaxed and calm. 4 weeks on from my single session with Vaiva I have not consumed any alcohol and and do not feel even slightly tempted. This has been a huge assistance in making a big life change which I was not able to make on my own, having tried numerous times before. I would recommend anyone who needs affirmative help in making big decisions and adjustments to give Vaiva a try. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I can't recommend Vaiva highly enough! I had tried pills, patches and everything else with no success. Vaiva took the time to understand why I smoked and how I wanted to address stopping smoking. I couldn't tell you much about the hypnotherapy, other than that it was very relaxing and I have not smoked for over 2 weeks now - no cravings, no replacements!! The whole experience was very relaxed and easy thanks to Vaiva - thank you!
